Located in the same yard as Etta’s Bin, these two luxury spaces sleep up to 16 guests—perfect for groups, retreats, and memory-making weekends. Enjoy a 3,000 sq. ft. home with comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and a hockey-themed basement with a 75” TV. Outside: 9-person hot tub, deck, gazebo, fire table, fire pit, Ooni pizza oven, grill, and 65” outdoor TV + sound system. Quiet, relaxing, and just minutes from Lake of the Woods!

The space
Guests have full access to the lower-level movie area, complete with reclining lounge chairs—perfect for settling in with a movie, catching the game, or binge-watching your favorite shows on the 75” big screen. While you’re down there, take a stroll through hockey history featuring the North Dakota Fighting Sioux, Men’s & Women’s Olympic moments, and a few Hockeytown favorites.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and laundry facilities for your convenience. Help yourself to everything in the kitchen, including spices, condiments, and Caribou Coffee K-cups, plus creamer stocked in the fridge.

During the summer months, the 5-acre property is yours to enjoy—plenty of space for kids to run and play, while adults relax on the front and back decks or unwind in the gazebo.

The 9-person hot tub, located just off the back deck, is ready for you year-round—whether you’re soaking under summer skies or chasing northern lights in the winter.

Guest access
Guests have access to all common areas of the home, including both the main-level and lower-level living rooms—perfect for gathering or spreading out and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms are all available for your use.

Step outside the back garage door to enjoy the 9-person hot tub, open year-round for a relaxing soak. There’s also a cozy gazebo ideal for unwinding with a book or catching up on a little quiet time.

As much as we love furry friends, pets will have to sit this trip out.
