The home is in the historic NE Minneapolis Arts District, a neighborhood frequently consumed by art fairs, beer festivals and live music. You are walking distance to Northeast attractions and only 2.5 miles to the center of downtown.

The space
This two bedroom one bath unit sports an open concept that blends the spacious living room into the kitchen with its amazing island making it the perfect place to play cards, have a bite to eat, or simply congregating with friends and family. Exposed beams and brick accents complement the new quartz counter-tops and stainless appliances, giving you a comfortable at-home feel. Large bedrooms with walk-in closets and practical bedding arrangements allow for 6 people to sleep comfortably. This is the perfect base from which to explore Minneapolis.

You will be staying in one of the famous districts of Minneapolis, known as the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. You are in the heart of the Minneapolis brewery scene and will find yourself walking distance from many great bars, breweries and restaurants. You are also a short bike ride down to the river where you cross over into downtown for sporting events, concerts, etc. This is a very young neighborhood that is very safe, with the police station only two blocks away.
