We enjoyed our stay very much at this quaint condo great for one couple/single. If you go on vacation to enjoy the local sights, and not waste all your time in the place you're sleeping, this is perfect! The location is awesome as well; only a short drive to almost everything in Kona including beaches and the 'main street' downtown. Simple, clean and super comfy bed! Donna was accommodating and friendly. Just ask and she'll try and help with whatever you need. We would return if she wasn't selling before we can make it back! (There's still time everyone) It was great to have a pool on site if you felt like a quick dip after all day out on the beach. The whole complex is tidy, clean and feels safe. The bathroom could use a bit of updating, but it's perfectly serviceable.

I would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect for our trip, right on Ali'i Drive but just far enough south to not feel overwhelmed by it. Plenty of great restaurants/coffee shops nearby (the Green Flash next door, Da Poke Shack just down the road, acai bowls between the condo and town - perfect!), and easy access to main roads to head out of town.
Donna was very easy to communicate with before and during the stay, she helped us out with a guidebook & beach towels, and was accommodating. The condo was very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the pool has a great view. What more could I ask for?!
Donna's completely great to deal with - quick with replies and great at communicating. Her condo is in the perfect location - very close to all the great restaurants and shops, but a short walk through the complex to the pool and ocean. It's also very close to a little craft market and next door to a great breakfast and smoothie place. (Get the Green Flash!) The pool is spectacular, as are the poolside views of the ocean. From our beach chairs, we saw whales playing and even breaching completely on each of 3 days we were there in February. If you're only slightly adventurous, there's access to the shoreline and amazing tidal pools - we saw tons of little fish and crabs and sea urchins - but you'll want to wear good hiking shoes as there isn't really a "beach," but sharp, lava boulders, like much of Hawaii's coast. The condo itself is simple and very clean, and the sheets and towels are super soft, but you're really paying for your time on the water.
This condo is clean, comfortable and close to snorkeling and Kona's shops. The bed is really great. Parking is super convenient. We read the description a bit to quickly, and did not realize that the view is from the pool area only ( a walk from the room), with a peek-a-boo view from the condo at best. We took this room last minute, so were happy in the end, but feel it is a bit over priced.
