This is a complete double bedroom with private bathroom en suite and terrace. It has an independent lockable entrance. It is in a 2nd floor with no lift. Fully equipped kitchen and dinning area will be shared with other guests.
The building consists on three floors: at the ground floor its the main entrance where there's a small hall with a spiral staircase that leads to the two upper floors.
Still at the ground floor is the shared kitchen, the dinning area, toilet, a small patio and a bedroom where dwells the maid, who I may, sometimes, ask to hand you the keys.
Everything in the building was recently renovated and equipped.
Taking the spiral staircase at the 2nd floor is the double bedroom of the pictures of this ad. At the first floor there's another double bedroom which is also used as accommodation.
This double bedroom has complete and private bathroom en-suite, private terrace with arm chairs and coffee table. The bedroom also has TV, wardrobe, chair and internet Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the best brands: fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mash machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle (water boiler), glasses, cutlery, plates, pans and pots.
The dinning area has 42 inches TV, sofa and a table in front of it. It is a very cozy room to chill and get along with the other guests.
The patio is small but a pleasant place to have breakfast. It has a table and four arm chairs.
Overall, this double bedroom is almost a private apartment.
Interaction with Guests
I actually live in Palma, that's why my friend and neighbour Chiki check guests in and out and help with everything during their stay.
He lives in the house next to my apartment and he's available most of the time.
Located in the heart of the village of Soller, in a pedestrian street, visitors must not find difficult to get to the restaurants, bars, main attractions or park their car hire or take the bus.
From Palma Airport take the bus number 1 to Plaza España. At Plaza España you have two choices: the bus 210 that cost nearly 5EUR or the old train to Soller one of its main attractions and start your trip with the right foot.
Other Things to Note
There're amenities free of charge at this accommodation.
There are 2 electric bikes that can be used paying an extra charge.
The apartment is in a residential area thus do NOT make excessive noise talking loud, with music, television etc. especially after midnight.
Please do NOT use high heels inside the apartment, the guests downstairs perhaps complain.
Only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet. Do NOT throw Tampax, condoms, cigarette butts, cotton and other items.
Think of the environment, be sure all the windows and doors are close before turning the air con on.
Please do NOT leave lights or television on when not in the apartment.
In case of losing a set of keys, please cut them again, if not a administration fee of 30€ will be charged over the cost for its replacement.
Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are sand free when going to the bed: extra fee for cleaning may be charged.
When using make up, nail polish and other cosmetics please take care to do NOT stain the furniture or textiles.
The housing offered modern, clean, and friendly environment.
The location is a great starting point for hiking, bathing and cultural activities.
It was a perfect holiday!
Gerne wieder.
It was Antonio that received us. He was a great host. He lived near by and helped us for anything we needed. Antonio is very friendly and welcoming. The room is perfect, the view wunderful. We surely recommend it!
The flat was spotless - clean bedding and towels -- smelled so lovely. Quite location in the heart of an old quarter. I loved the terrace, where I had breakfast outside almost every day, facing the green mountains, it certainly opens your appetite.
The kitchen has everything you want and everything works perfectly. A tip if you want to visit the local typical restaurants is to book a table, otherwise you're likely to be turned away, as they are tiny and only open for lunch and dinner.
Antonio or Chiki (the concierge or the person who looks after the place) was very friendly, helpful and multilingual.
The surrounding villages and scenery of Orange, Lemon and Olive Groves are just astounding. Hiking is a must for those who love nature and serenity. I loved Fornalutx and Biniaraix - thanks to Chiki for recommending them :)
We had a great stay in the lovely room (or must I say appartment?)!!
The location is superb, close to the centre and so so quiet! Good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, excellent little places for breakfast or coffee.
The room is very bright, clear, clean and is large. Nice bathroom with a glass shower which gives you again a feeling of space. Little terrace and view towards the surrounding mountains.
As we were the only residents, it was so quiet to stay here. We can definitely recommend the place and if we ever go back to Soller, we allready know where we like to stay the next time!
A little gem !
To sum it up in a few words:The town, the atmosphere, the flat, everything was simply great. Thanks a lot for an unforgettable stay in Soller!

I am 31 years old and since I have worked for Airbnb my life has changed positively. I love hosting and taking care of the properties I rent out (they're not mine BTW).
I enjoy the simple things in life: I like reading, listening to music, travelling, eating, conversation and nature.
You are welcome to visit any of my places and I will do my utmost to ensure you have a good experience.
