The Location - 58 Tomaree Road is 550 metres from picturesque Shoal Bay beach,cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Away from the main street, but still close enough to walk.

The space
The Duplex - Unwind and relax in our peaceful, private, renovated, fully air-conditioned, two level duplex with sole access to outdoor hot spa and in-ground swimming pool.

Two bedroom, one bathroom duplex. Accommodates 4 adults and one child. (bedroom one: queen bed, bedroom two: queen bed, plus a single trundle bed for a child). There is an additional toilet on the same level as the bedrooms.

This duplex is located at the rear and has been newly refurbished with modern fittings and is ideal for a family or friends. Offering an air-conditioned open plan living and dining area with flat screen TV, fully self-contained kitchen with fridge, stove, cooktop and microwave. The main bathroom and a washing machine are located on the ground level.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single trundle that is suitable for a child. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and following input from a guest, air conditioning has recently been installed to ensure comfort in all seasons.

Enjoy your outdoor entertainment area with relaxing furnishings and BBQ, including sole use of a hot spa and in-ground swimming pool. Parking is available at the rear of a driveway.
