Interaction with Guests
We are happy to help you enjoy your stay in Olympia and are available via phone/email for questions, or help, but we are not on premises.
We love the quiet, well established neighborhood filled with old beautiful homes. We also love the Olympia Coffee Roasters just a couple blocks away, and the West side co-op just one block away. It is awesome to walk downtown and have dinner or breakfast, and then take a walk around Capitol lake afterward. This is a great home in a great location.
Other Things to Note
Prices include local lodging tax.
We expect our guests to love, respect and enjoy the home as we do. We also expect guests to laugh a lot and relax while they visit.
Also, no smoking or pets (too many of our visitors have allergies!).
We do ask that our guests sign a short term vacation lease after booking and before getting access code. This is a very basic agreement about treating the house with care.
Great house in a great neighborhood, it was perfect for our weekend away at a wedding in Olympia. Ahtumn was great to work with, will definitely stay again if I'm up in the area.
Very cozy, comfortable and well equipped House in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family. About 15 minutes by feet away from Olympia downtown and seaside.
The communication with Ahtumn was easy, prompt and flexible.
We had relaxed 3 days and would highly recommend it.
We had a wonderful week in this cozy little house . It was the perfect size for our group and the location was also perfect being only a few blocks from relatives .
Ahtumn was very easy to work with and we were in touch regularly.
I would select this house again for a week in Olympia !
ahtumn was really great to work with - quick feedback, very flexible, very helpful, and just plain nice.
the house is amazing - beautifully remodeled, pretty, airy, immaculate. the beds are comfortable and the shower is very good. the kitchen has pretty much every cooking implement you could need and there is a full range of condiments and non-perishables at your disposal. the upstairs has been turned into a wonderland for kids, complete with a low-ceilinged kid-cave with a bean bag chair. it is a great place for a family to stay.
the neighborhood is low key and lovely - tons of sweet little houses, not a lot of traffic, quiet. just down the street is an path to the waterfront through a wooded park. it's a short walk to stores and restaurants.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. if we ever find ourselves in olympia we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
