The apartment is very close to the city centre and everything that we needed. It is also very equipped. Very recommended.
Jan sent someone to give us the keys and this person just gave the keys and left. The wifi was not working and he said he would come back later to fix it, but we stayed there for 3 days without wifi.
The shower is a bit broken, sometimes it was cold.
very nice lactation !!
it's so convenient to walk around.
... DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO ALOJARSE EN NINGUNA PROPIEDAD DE JAN MULLER.
I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOST AND HIS APARTMENTS CAUSE HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE GUESTS AND HE DOESN'T TAKE CARE OF THEM.
The location is nearly ideal - a short walk to I.P. Pavlova metro and tram station in one direction, and a slightly longer walk to the Museum stop which is just across from Wenceslas Sq.
There is a Tesco Express around the block making it easy to get food and beer.
There are basically 4 single beds that might be arranged as 2 doubles or a mix of double/single. However, the place is small enough that 4 individuals staying there would feel cramped. Also, mattresses were very firm
Overall, reasonably clean and comfortable enough (some cobwebs by the ceiling, but floors/kitchen/bath was clean).
The less good:
The curtains are thin and even with thick windows there is some traffic noise, so I found a sleep mask and earplugs helpful.
The wash machine doesn't dry, and there are no racks or lines to hang clothes.
The wifi is indeed flaky - Jan worked on it but it was frustrating. Possible in the evening to pick up the one from the cafe downstairs if you've gotten some drinks and their password.
Better to bring your own bath towel - as others have said the ones provided are small and stiff.
The shower hot water pressure would sometimes fail (likely someone else in the building closer to the source).
Very basic, but excellently located and incredibly good value for the price. Worth taking advantage of the airport transfer, too, which is cheaper than most of the ones on offer at the airport.
Jan was very friendly and everything was totally uncomplicated! I only can recommend his appartment. It´s small but you have everything you need for feeling good! only noises from the street next to the appartment is a little bit loud...but close your window and everything is fine! :) thank u jan
Very good situation near the center of Prague. Good equipement / stool.
But quite dirty : sheets smell bad (dry ++), shower has mushroom.
Good place for students or not strict people
The place is very comfortable, so close to the city center.
Jan is friendly, positive person. It's nothing for him to give good advice.
I spend a great time there.
Excellent location. The room was more than enough space for the 2 of us, especially with the really high ceiling.
However there were communication problems: no one showed up when I arrived, I had to make more than one unnecessary international SMS/call in order to check-in. Also there was no toilet paper, and there was no reply to my email or SMS when I told Jan and his colleague about it. (I did not call since the international call would have been more expensive than the toilet paper...)
Same as the other guests, wifi was not working pretty much during my whole stay.
If the internet was working everything would be very good. The apartment is good and near to the center and Train station, but the internet wasn't working.
