The space
Built in 1905, this classic-meets-chic condo has been lovingly updated. It’s cozy yet open, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a basecamp for adventure.

Guest access
🏡 The home is split into two private units. This unit, the "Owl’s Nest" is up one flight of indoor stairs. The Bonanza unit (a separate 2BR/1BA) has its own private alley entrance on the opposite side of the home.

🚗 Parking is FREE for our Guests on the residential street out front, BUT pre-registration IS required via providing your license plate# —our public streets fill up fast in peak seasons and they are quick to hand out tickets!
