Very comfortable apartment in the heart of friendly Plateau Mont-Royal, located right on Mount-Royal Avenue, corner de la Roche. You can hardly find a better spot in town!!!

Young and cool with a luxurious touch. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to experience Montreal's unique culture. Can comfortably accommodate 2 people (but can work for up to 4, air mattress available).

1. Location was nice
1. Called at 2:50, arrived at 3:50 for 4pm check in and the apartment was not ready.
2. The address was changed last minute.
3. NO PARKING as advertised.
4. Keys to apartment were not ready and I had to wait for them to bring me 2 sets of keys.
5. The apartment needs some work (ie: patch work for holes in the walls aren't the greatest).
I stayed for a month at Le Coca-Cola and the apartment is quite nice, and in a fantastic area. It's right on Mont-Royal and although the street is noisy on weekend nights, it's an incredible location, vibrant and so convenient. I loved being there. Everything you need is at hand; shops, salons, markets, restaurants and the best sushi in Montreal at Boite Geisha, right across the street. Metro is about 7 minutes walk. The apartment is cozy and comfortable - not luxurious but perfectly adequate with everything you need well provided. A great television with Netflix available was a plus for chilly winter nights. One thing that isn't mentioned in the description is that there's another flat on the same landing and the bedroom is right on the landing, so there can be a fair amount of coming and going right outside your bedroom door. Also there is no stove in the apartment; there's a hot plate and a good-sized toaster oven. I wasn't doing a lot of cooking so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's one thing to keep in mind if you plan to have people in for dinner!
All in all it's a great spot for a Montreal vacation or longer term stay. Jeff and Yann were always available and ready to help with any questions or concerns.
I stayed with my spouse and 2 children (5 and 4 years) in the apartment from 25 december 2013 to 7 january 2014.
In general the apartment is nice and functional. The location is simply amazing. You are on the Mont-Royal street and everything is there, so this is the spot.
The size of apartment is very reasonable and enough for small family or couples and has almost all the services in it. The only thing missing is washing machine, so if you are planing to stay long, you need to manage laundry in the surrounding area. Furniture is basic and fits the basic needs of a stay in Montreal. If you have a car, dont expect free parking in the area, you can rent a spot from Yann and Jeff.
If you are staying in winter, any temperature below -15 will need extra heating element in the apartment as it is an old building and not energy smart place. Yann can assist with this, just plan it. Regular TV was not working well, but youhave Netflix that has good collection of movies that can entertain you if you want.
Yann is a very nice gentleman and he was helpful.
Our stay at Jeff and Yann's was great. The apartment is quite nice - with a large living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a comfortable bed. We met Jeff outside the building and after a slight delay (there were quite a few people checking in at the same time!), Jeff showed us upstairs and to the parking space we arranged to use. Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
Petit appartement très bien situé.
Nice and cosy place and the location is just perfect! Probably this is the best value for money one can find in Montreal..I would definitely stay there again!
nous avons été très bien accueillis par yann et jeff,l'appartement était très bien situé ,toutes les commoditées étaient réunies ( commerces, restaurants, bars,)pour passer un agréable séjour, appartement à recommander.
We got a real nice welcome from Yann at Montreal.
We got a wonderful time in this place to finish our Northern american trip. This was a great place to finish our trip as we were in the nice part of Montreal (Le Plateau) with all we need to spend nice time.
The place is very nice and clean. We got all comfort we need to finish on the right note our trip.
They are really organize with a welcome board information with all information we need to start the trip in Montreal that we had use to begin our stay there.
The place is also close to the subway (Mont Royal) than we were able to move easily in town.
To finish, they were a nice host and it was really appreciable to stay there.
Le COCO-COLA was a fantastic place to stay during our visit to Montreal. Jeff and Yann were so helpful as the date approached and even when we were late arriving, Yann met us there with a smile. The location is where you want to be if you've never visited the city - parks close by, walkable, interesting streets with tons of shops, bars and restaurants, a BIXI bike rental hub right on the corner, Metra down the street and much more. The apartment itself was perfect for us, and though we never made use of it, it comes with a serviceable kitchen and access to Netflix via an Apple TV. It's on the main drag, and we loved the energy of the Plateau. When we come back, we'll definitely give Jeff and Yann a call again.
