Charming, original one bedroom apartment steps to the beach and Balboa Island's main street. This upstairs unit comfortably sleeps four, with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a full size sofa bed in the living room. The light and airy living room has a fireplace, UHD TV with cable and WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are included and bikes can be borrowed from the host.

The space
This adorable beach-themed apartment is located four houses from the bay-front. Walk down to the harbor beach or take the ferry across to the ocean beach. Balboa Island's quaint main street is just a short three block stroll. Dine, shop, or spoil yourself at the many salons. Paddle board and kayak rentals are also available on the main street. Sailboat and powerboat rentals are nearby.

The apartment is self contained. It is completely furnished with linens, cable, wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels are provided. Beach cruiser bicycles can be borrowed from the host. This apartment can only be accessed by stairs.
