Greg was an exceptional host for my month stay. He went out of his way to make me feel at home and make the visit as convenient as possible. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and it is convenient to get to Harvard, Porter and Davis Squares as well as to the grocery stores nearby. I can't recommend staying here enough.
Very cozy! Perfect for 2 or 3. Greg was a great host and very accommodating.
Greg was a fantastic host and I was pleasantly surprised at how large the space was. It was very comfortable and homey feeling. I would definitely stay again!
This is a great place to rent!!! Enough buses to bring you to Harvard Square, but I walked everyday just about 20 minutes. Very pleasant in the Indian Summer. The place is comfortable, heated when I came in with a nice plate filled with fresh fruit. You have al the privacy you want. I didn't need any support, but I am sure Greg will give it to you when needed. He was aslo very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I will definitely go bacj when I'm going tot Boston again.
Even better than the photos! Very clean & comfy. Cute 'hood & central to the 3 cool squares in Cambridge. Greg was a great host who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome when we arrived.
My mum and I stayed here whilst visiting Boston as tourists and also seeing family in nearby Bedford and the apartment was ideally situated for both. It's on a quiet street with an off-street parking space, with great access to a very frequent bus service to Harvard T station. Everything in the apartment was great for what we needed and all very clean. Greg was really helpful and friendly and responded super-quickly when I asked him a coupe of questions. A great place in a great location.
We enjoyed our stay at Charming Tree Top Abode very much! Greg was timely and accommodating when checking us in. He provided lots of great information about places to eat, transportation available and maps to walk just about anywhere! He even helped us carry our big bags up to the apartment. The apartment was cozy and charming, just exactly as advertised. We were able to really relax and enjoy the space after a long day of walking during the HOCR races. It was really important and great for us to be able to use the driveway for our car, too. We would love to come back here and stay! It is very clean and verrrry comfortable. Total thumbs up to. Greg, his family and the tree top Abode!

Sunny, quiet romantic apartment -- with every little thing (shampoo, fruit, public transit card, maps). Highly recommended!
Very nice appartment! Very well equiped. The area is very quiet and safe! The bus is right at the corner and it bring you to the Harvard square T in 5 min. There's two grocery stores at 10 min walking.
Will definetly recommend!
A quirky and cosy spot on a quiet friendly street.
The apartment is clean and simply furnished with vintage stuff. Great big cooker and massive deep sink. The street is very well served by buses to Harvard Square T station, playgrounds, restaurants and supermarkets are not far away at all. Greg is a very friendly laid-back fella who is always available with sensible advice and practical assistance.
I can't think of a single negative about the place, except you might need your night-vision goggles to get up the stairs if the light isn't switched on.
Would recommend without hesitation.
