The entire neighbourhood carries the historic feeling with old architectural buildings which are packed with artistic shops, small galleries, restaurants and coffee places. The place itself recreates the spirit of the neighbourhood with its high ceiling, nice view and historic feeling but in the same time doesn't lack modern amenities like wifi, TV set with more than 200 channels, coffee machine, etc.
Guests are able to have the whole place for themselves.

The apartment is in Sofia’s city center, steps away from the National Opera and Ballet. A variety of vibrant eateries, shops, and cafes are a stroll away. Take a scenic walk through City Garden, then see the collection at the National Art Gallery.
A bus stop is located right next to the building 1 min away from the home.
Paid parking is available just outside the building directly on the street. It is free during the night. If a guest is to stay for more than a month free parking can be arranged just behind the building.
The place is on the 4-th floor which can be annoying for someone who doesn't like stairs.
!! Important !! Air Conditioning is connected to one of the windows! In order to work properly and cool down the apartment's temperature the window has to be OPEN so the machine turns hot air from outside into cold one into the apartment !!
