Its original furniture combined with modern equipment creates a fabulous atmosphere. The thirty square meters gives the living room a really cozy feel and consists of unique decoration, double exterior windows and a double balcony. There is also a large flat screen TV/DVD player plus HIFI at your disposal so you can enjoy some evening entertainment after a long day out walking the fabulous city.
The bedrooms follow the same line as the other rooms with elegant wallpaper, enough storage space for all your belongings and comfortable beds for a long night of rest in the wonderful Catalan capital. The kitchen is equipped with slick black furniture and is equipped with every utensil you might need for cooking. The bathroom is also blissfully comfortable as it made from ultra modern material (often used in high end hotels) named micro-cement. Indeed, it is a bathroom you will have to feel it to believe, and it just makes your time of total relaxation that much better.
Distribution area: 75.00 m2 Floor:3rd. The apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 people, are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. The Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedside table and a large closet. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and nightstand.
If you head up from the apartment you´ll find the famous Diagonal Avenue with many high end shops and shopping centers for everyday needs. If you head down to the sea direction you´ll find the famous Plaza España and the gateway to Montjuic with its famous Magic Fountain (shows: (URL HIDDEN) The National Art Museum of Catalonia and Fira de Barcelona (Also Catalan Conference Center)

I would be happy to give you my local knowledge of what is best to do, see, drink and eat in the city. On my days off I love trekking the amazing forests and mountains which make up Barcelona's surrounding area so if that's your things than just let me know, people seem to enjoy the places I suggest!

The apartment is in the noble district of Eixample, in an area full of bars,cafes and restaurants. It is however, a quiet residential area, close to universities, hospitals, hotels and other large public facilities such as the local parks. The area provides an excellent network of public transport such as bus, metro, train and high speed train just minutes away.
The Diagonal is also pretty close. Down to the sea we have not far Plaza España, Montjuic, The Magic Fountain, the National Art Museum of Catalunya, Montjuic Olympic venues and also his great castle, the curious Poble Espanyol, La Fira de Barcelona, the most important exhibition and convention center.
This area provides an excellent network of public transport such as buses , metro , train and high speed train .
4 minutes walking to Provenza Metro station.
8 minutes walking to Rocafort Metro Station, just 3 stops from Catalunya Station, considered the more centric station.
8 minutes walking from Sants Estacio (Barcelona's international station with high speed trains that can whisk you to other nearby cities if you so wish).

If another guest is not arriving/leaving we can make a early check in or a late check out. If another guest is arriving, you must leave the apartment about 11AM. If there´s another guest the day you arrive, we will make the check in about 13PM, but you can ask me about, maybe he leaves early and we can make the check in earlier.
