As little or as much as they want!
Very friendly neighbourhood, close to country walks. Very quick walk in to Bath City centre. Also fantastic for canal access and all the walks and pubs this offers. 3 minutes walk to The National Trust Skyline Walk, the most downloaded walk in the UK!
Everything in Bath is accessible on foot. Bristol airport is not far, with bus and train links. Parking is also included. If you don't want to walk, taxi journeys are not far to amenities such as the Roman Bath, the Spa and theatres. Tour Buses are a few minute's walk from house.
Other Things to Note
Bath Rugby and sports centre with swimming pool a rugby ball throw away! Good for parents with children at Bath Universities.
No smoking. Pets by arrangement. We really need to know what time you will be arriving, as I have spent entire days looking out the window! It's really helpful even if it's a rough idea.
We had a brief but wonderful stay here! It's in a brilliant location - quiet and near the canal, but very close to the centre of town. Lovely apartment - very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed meeting Robin and Carol who are excellent hosts and had left us a generous breakfast. Many thanks to both of you.
Had a lovely stay in Bath. It was in a handy location a short walk from town, and the parking was a bonus. Robin and Carol were welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable. The food they supplied was very much appreciated. Thanks.
Had a wonderful 2 days in Bath. Apartment is very well located close to all attractions and everything was organised for us. Host Robin and Carol couldn't have been more helpful and the shower was fantastic.
Loved this place!!! Robin was such a great host making our experience of Bath even better. We are travellers with two (under 2 years old) young boys, Robin went above and beyond to help us and make our stay the best possible. The unit has everything you could want, we were so thankful for Robin leaving us a yummy snack on arrival.
We loved our stay. Robin and Carol seemed like old friends (the good time) and we were quickly befriended as well with their several furry family members. They were wonderfully welcoming, approachable and accommodating. The apartment come as advertized, the view out the kitchen window really does look like that. Bath is a hilly place and that adds charm. But also it is important that the apartment is an easy walk from the center with just the last bit up hill coming home, so not to worry. In fact it is located less than 100 meters from a small bridge crossing the Kennert and Avon canal, a charming tourist venue, so on the way to and from the town you can watch folks maneuvering their rental boats through locks on the canal.
If we return to Bath we shall try to rent this one again. The accommodation is first rate and the price to value ratio was the best I could find in my Airbnb search for Bath. In addition to what is advertized there is also an even better view from the living room and bedroom windows than you see from the kitchen.
This is my first B&B place and we all like it. Robin is kind and patient and his house is in a good location which is convenient for a walking tour!
