New apartment (01/2018) external area and easy arrival, our space strives for hygiene, cleaning.
It is 10 to 15 min walk and 3 min drive(1400 meters) to the center of Gramado,our neighborhood is one of the most traditional of the city where it offers all the necessary infrastructure,our street is dead-end and very quiet for car parking.
