Thank you for your kind review, Thomas! These are the perfect guests, everyone. They left the place in wonderful shape and treated my home like their home. Please come back anytime! PS: I'm glad you had fun at the Champagne Saber ceremony! You guys know how to have fun, lol! Warmest, Helen

Funny, we just bought a brand new living room set. NEW SOFA BED, NEW RECLINER, NEW COFFEE TABLE, NEW LAMP AND END TABLE. Arriving on 05/19/15. We have air conditioning upstairs, but nobody ever uses it --and we sure don't either, as the ceiling fans throughout and especially the BREEZE coming through the shutters everywhere in the house, would make the air conditioning obsolete. We are also getting brand new linen and rugs. Everything will be brand new for the next guest. We meant to do this, but needed two days to be open, and we are always fully booked. We do not provide shampoo and conditioner, as I personally use my own and the hotel samples never meet my approval. But send me private message with brands you like, and I'll look into getting that too. Aloha and Mahalo! It is tough to get individual shampoo on the Island. When you do, those are not hypoallergenic and cost $7 to $8 each. So three bathrooms, you do the math. We charge very little money for a very comfortable place and are fully (website hidden): The access to the Anini beach takes about five minutes by feet. You can also drive. It goes down, but as per my standards, I would not call it a hike. I work out a lot, so it depends on if you smoke, work out or do not etc...

You did everything right, Merri Sue! You certainly did not need a list of things to do. But I will look into leaving something to take a look at for future guests. I should have you write it, lol! Mahalo and Aloha! PS: you will be offered a free night if you ever wish to visit our home again. :)

Hi Darren! So nice of you to comment!! Hmmm, usually the air cools too much, I'm told, lol! Most guests just use the ceilings fans, and enjoy the beautiful breeze which sneaks through the shutters throughout the house. We NEVER use the air, the Princeville breeze is so amazing! Sometimes, the ceiling fans are too much as well! I will be happy to offer you a free night if you ever wish to return. Mahalo!

You are the best family to have as guests! You didn't even mention the toilet which broke and needed to be replaced, at the very beginning of your trip! You were so kind about it! Other guests would have hated having the visit of a plumber during their stay! I officially declare you, the Zen family! You are the nicest people, and you are getting a free night should you ever return! The remote access was also fixed, so we should no have any more concerns about that either for the upstairs TV. Thank you so much for vacationing with us. Your wife and child are truly gorgeous my friend! Happy Holidays to all of you. Mahalo and Aloha, Helen.
