The beach is right across the street. Very close walking distance to John's Pass Bridge with restaurants, bars, fishing pier, fishing charters, jet ski rentals and shopping. It is a very quiet neighborhood with permanent residents.

Tom as always makes our trips to the beach so fun. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on treasure island we are booking again for next weekend
Perfect location, cool patio, and right next to John's pass. Internet was solid and fast. Bedding is comfy.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We rented out both sides for my parent and my family and the set up worked perfectly. If you are traveling with family that you want really close, but still need a little space, the two units is a great set up. The house is nice and close to the beach. You have to cross one major road which I had some concerns about but there is a crosswalk with flashers right at the needed cross point. The beach near this house is really nice because it not location next to any large hotels so its much quieter then other part of Treasure island. The house was clean and well stocked. Tom was very responsive. We had paid extra for our two young kids and Tom went out of his way to tell us we didn't need to pay for them and went through quiet a bit of trouble to refund us that extra amount. I think that showed a lot of honorableness and speak a lot about him as a host. We would stay here again!
Great location, nicely appointed one bedroom place, reasonable price. Can't ask for much more!
Great location! The beach is a short walk across the street and John's Passing with shops, restaurants and water activities is also within walking distance. Neat, clean, well stocked, you can't beat it.
The Treasure Island 2 property is just that, "a treasure"! The property is quaint and nicely appointed. Our whole family enjoyed a cookout in the spacious backyard complete with a comfortable chairs and an awning for the sun. Tom is a great host and extremely accommodating. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler are a big plus. Hated to leave, can't wait to return!!

I enjoy renovating properties and was thrilled to "discover this gem" in the rough in 2011. With help from friends and contractors, I was able to bring the duplex back so that family, friends and new friends from across the world could enjoy it also. I live part of the year in Charlotte, NC in a 1925 2-story brick house that I renovated. I love meeting new people and try to do everything possible so they will have a wonderful stay in my place.
