  • Tom's place really is a gem! It's a great location with short walk to several good beaches and shops. My two girls and I were very comfortable during our 4 day stay. The beach chairs and towels were very convenient. Loved sitting on the porch with my morning coffee. If we ever come back to Treasure Island I would stay here again. Thanks Tom!

  • Location is excellent. My daughter and I both enjoying being able to walk to the shopping located at John's Pass. Accommodations were clean, bed was comfortable and fresh linens were provided. Some difficulties arose contacting landlord initially to obtain access to unit. This was eventually resolved and landlord sent over a bottle of wine.

  • We stayed for a long weekend with another couple, so there were 4 of us ages 25-35. Tom recommended we bring an air mattress just in case the second bed wasn't quite large enough since we are very tall. It worked out great and the condo was beautiful, with all the amenities we needed and more! He knew there was going to be 4 of us so he made sure there were 4 HUGE beach towels for us to use. We made a few meals in the kitchen and the back patio had an awesome setup for evening dinners. Perfect location across from the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk and night life. Tom made sure to communicate with us that there were guests on the other side of the duplex so we were respectful of late nights etc, and everyone we met was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!
