Tuvimos una estadia perfecta. Michel no pudo estar para entregarnos la llave pero lo hizo a traves de una corredora y su asistente. Recibimos la llave sin problema .
El barrio es buenisimo, el apartamento está ubicado justo al frente de la playa en ocen drive, abajo hay un restaurant y muchos otros a los lados. Hay shopping cerca, supermercado, farmacia.
El departamento está bien equipado, el AC funciona perfecto solo los colchones de camas y sillon cama eran blandos pero al final uno se acostumbra.
Muy limpio y ordenado todo, 100% recomendado ! =)
We are a family of three, with an older teenager, and stayed in Michel’s wonderful apartment for 5 nights in early March 2014, during the height of the Spring break season. We had a blast! The apartment is perfectly located, truly across the street from the beach, next to many restaurants and bars, and around the corner from tons of shopping. Everything we needed and wanted were within close walking distance to the apartment. The beaches, restaurants and roads were very busy and when we needed it, the apartment offered a welcome and relaxing escape. The place is very comfortable and roomy with great wifi connectivity, big screen tv, stereo, etc. Downsides were minor and have nothing to do with the apartment but more as a precaution. Parking on the street for a length of time is near impossible so you should park in a garage. The garage on 5th and Collins charges a $30 flat rate for every 12 hour increment (or 12 minutes if you happen to just pull in for a quick stop), whereas the garage at 7th and Collins charges by the hour and is cheaper for parking overnight. The other consideration is the potential for noise that travels up from the street at night. We sleep through just about anything so it wasn’t a problem, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring some foam earplugs. Neither of these minor issues detracted from the great time we had in South Beach, made in large part by Michel’s apartment. Thanks Michel – we hope to return one day!
