The listing was exactly as expected. It's incredibly spacious and felt really authentic.
The area around here is really fun and upcoming in Louisville. You're just a short uber to Downtown, Bardstown Road, etc.
Rik was very friendly and available. Would definitely stay here again.
When we arrived at the Pearl we were immediately at ease with the area around the location. It was a very quiet street, light traffic and well-lit. Rik met us at the entrance, let us in and showed us around the apartment. Very clean, nicely furnished and fabulous kitchen!! Rik was kind enough to give us a lovely description of places to eat around us and a map of the area. A great place, fabulous area and we will definitely be staying here again.
Wonderful apartment in the perfect neighborhood. Easy access to anywhere you'd want to go, with the best restaurants within blocks. Apartment is gorgeous and comfortable. Single female, felt safe. Parking is very easy right out front. Really the best place to come home to at the end of the day. Rik was very accessible. Only regret is that I didn't spend more time in the apartment!
Rik was great about communicating with us prior to our arrival to make sure we settled in okay. He also helped with making sure we had everything we needed. The space is great.
It's in a great location in Louisville, though situated in a currently underdeveloped area. That said, it offers easy access to a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Everything about this experience was perfection. Rik reached out to me before my trip and answered my questions about things to see/do in the area. He met me at the apartment and even carried my luggage in. I definitely didn't expect that! The property was exactly as described--better actually because pictures don't convey the spaciousness of the apartment. The bed was cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, the TV was set up for viewing online programs (e.g. Netflix) and the bathroom was lovely. Rik thought of every detail. This experience exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommended.
Rik's place was incredibly convenient, in a great location within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and full of charm. He made himself available should we need him for anything and the entire process could not have been easier. I would absolutely stay at The Pearl again!
