The complex is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure — perfect for a peaceful mountain escape.

Guest access
Guest have access to to the entire complex at the Summit. There is a very nice outdoor area by the club house that has gas grills, picnic tables and a small playground with a basketball goal. In the summer months enjoy the outdoor pool and patio area to cool off. The club house is a large laundry mat.

Other things to note
We suggest travel insurance for all bookings Incase of any unpredictable circumstances being able to make the trip.

My HOA has a strict- No pet policy. We fully comply with FDA service animal request, however Emotion Support Animals (ESA) are not permitted. Service animals that are individually trained to do work with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional support Animals are not Service Animals and therefor not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Outdoor pool is seasonal and opens mid May-Mid October. The indoor pool is open year round.
