The bigger of two tree houses. Nice wood floors cozy warm. Quiet central location easy walk to restaurants and nightlife, even skiing. Free UniFi business WIFI, watch DVD movies. Sleeps 3 (one double bed, one twin bunk). Shared bathroom is down the stairs and about 20 steps ( in winter through a shoveled but sometimes snowy walkway) . We welcome Epic passholders and are a perfect set up for budget minded travelers. One dog on approval, with prepaid $30 separate dogcleaning fee.

The space
Warm and Cozy, Smells of Fresh Pine. Comfy beds. Heated bathroom,( have to share with other guests if 2nd treehouse is rented) You do have to go outside to get to bathroom and shower so it may be a concern if you are prone to nighttime bathroom visits, but its only a 20 step walk. Single bunk and double bed in treehouse, with DVD player and flat screen, small fridge. I just set up an awesome camp kitchen ideal for the urban woodsmen in us all. This consists of a convection oven and two burner gas stove ,along with a coffee machine. It is under the deck so it stays quite dry. Water, sink and washer /dryer available in the garage.

The neighborhood is right in town but the park with playground is just a minute walk away. Access to everything is really easy from our location, from the Ski lifts to the grocery store and most of the local restaurants and bars. Yet our street is quiet and near the park. This really is about the best location out there, and with the free use of our bikes you can get anywhere in no time,even without a car.

We have lived in Ketchum for over 30 years. We have 2 boys 20 and 23 and a sweet 7 year old puppy. We really enjoy being hosts and sharing some of the great things our area has to offer. Karin is German and is especially grateful when any Euros or German speaking guests visit.

We are a family of 4 with 19and 21 year old boys. We do go on the mountain a lot in winter and out and about and are pretty social, but sometimes our schedules are pretty full, so it really depends on the time of year, and what is up that week.
