The apartment has one living room with balcony and one bedroom, each with a bed, one fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
It is located on the fourth floor of the front-facing house built in 1905 with high ceilings and partially preserved stucco.

in the bedroom, one queen-size bed (150x200) with cold foam mattress hardness 3,
in the living room, one king-size sofa bed (140x200) with latex futon hardness 2.
Apartment is furnished for up to four people with tableware and cutlery.
We also provide toilet paper, detergent and bin bags in the apartment.
Beds are covered with fresh bed sheets and there are two towels for each guest to use.
Prices are nightly ratings and include bed linen, towels, internet and the cost of electricity, water and heating.
Free parking lots are available, should it be required.
