I like to call the apartment the cottage. It is the only unit next door to my house. It is fenced and very private. It has a separate bedroom suite with a queen size bed. Slate floors, tumbled marble countertops, glass block, are some of the details throughout.

The apartment is located by all the south shore beaches,Pope Beach and Baldwin Beach, Camp Richardson and Fallen Leaf Lake. Hiking Trails start right here for desolation into the back country. If you love to bike the bike trail is right out the front door. It is also a block away from the local bus transportation and the beach trolley that runs all summer long.

I live in the big house next to the apartment. If outdoor equipment is needed, I work at the number one gear shop in the basin, Tahoe Sports LTD, next to the gondola.

We are required to add a 10% TOT tax (transient occupancy tax) for the city of South Lake Tahoe. The price reflects the inclusion of this tax.
At this time we do not allow pets.

Hi my name is David and I was raised in Lake Tahoe. My home was built in 1947 and still retains the old Tahoe cabin feel. I am a master gardener and my garden has been on the Lake Tahoe Historical Society garden tour. My apartment I am renting is on my property. When I'm not gardening I like to snow ski, ride road bikes, and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Lake Tahoe.
