8 mins from downtown Leesburg. One bedroom with designated rec room, bath/shower, wet bar, screened in porch and covered parking. Shared washer/dryer, kitchen, and use of acreage; fishing pond, fire pit, horseshoe pit and 3 manicured acres of a beautiful private setting. Property ajoins to WO & D trail. Covered garage for bicycle if needed. Pets allowed. Smoking allowed on property but not inside the home.

The space
A very private, quiet, comfortable, and secluded area on 3 acres. We are right in the middle of everything, all by ourselves. With a one minute walk to the WO&D bike trail. There is also a 1/4 acre pond on the property.

Guest access
The space includes the entire basement, a wet bar, with a small fridge, lots of snacks, complimentary coffee, water, etc. Has a full bath, a bedroom and a screened in porch that is all accessible to you for your stay.

Other things to note
We have 2 friendly dogs on the property that love to meet the new guests. However, if you prefer them not to come greet you, please let us know what time you plan on arriving and we will make sure they are inside before you get here :)
