The space
We kept the historic details of this historic home as well as added in the needed modern ammenities and a flare of color and whimsy. The open plan and natural light that fills the home along with the comfortable beds and comfortable furningings create the perfect setting for your stay.

Great for romantic getaways, trips with friends, wine excursions and dropping kids off at camp.

Large patios for entertaining. Large deck with OUTDOOR RAIN SHOWER.
String lights to light backyard (turn on with switch inside). Well appointed kitchen. Screened in porch, Large backyard with absolutely stunning pool and a four person hot tub. Fire pit area. Barbecue grill. WIFI. Spectrum cable. Sonos sound. Iphone charger in each room.

If you have small children please take into consideration the pool and hot tub before booking. Safety is a huge concern for all of our little ones. All use of the pool and hot tub are at your own risk. We do not have any lifeguards on duty. The tile around the pool surround can get slippery when it is wet.

Beautiful neighborhood with several historic homes. Several of the homes on the block (including ours) are "Sears" homes, Homes you would pick out of a Sears catalog and have the materials shipped to you for you to build. Ours was built in 1925.
