Enjoy adventuring in the city or mountains from our quiet residential Arvada neighborhood. You'll have your own private entrance to this clean and comfy suite. Includes Roku TV, wifi, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Less than ten minute drive to Olde Town Arvada. Great location for fun seekers or business travelers. 15 minute drive to Coliseum or Downtown Denver, 20 minutes to Red Rocks, 30 minutes or less to mountains, State Parks, Boulder, Golden. Less than an hour to ski areas.

The space
This is a one bedroom/one bath private suite in the newly refinished basement of our home with its own entrance. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, high top table and chairs, Roku TV , and wifi. There is a closet in the hallway as well as a mini fridge, small microwave, and K cup coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). You'll have to walk down one flight of stairs to access the suite. My husband and I live in the home so you may hear us moving about, but we're pretty quiet, as is this established neighborhood near Olde Town Arvada.
We have two Airbnb suites in the house if you're traveling with more than two people. The other space has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and another totally separate entrance (see Base Camp Too)

Arvada is located in the NW corner of Denver. Olde Town Arvada (less than 3 miles away) is absolutely charming. It began as a small outpost with its own train depot. The depot has transformed into the new light rail system which is a convenient way to travel to nearby Downton Denver, Denver Airport, or other local communities.
Our location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet near everything with the front range only minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars/micro breweries in Olde Town Arvada that you can either drive or ride bikes along the Ralston Creek Trail. We are located in the middle of a triangle between Downtown Denver, Golden, and Boulder.
