Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Jill's unit was delightful. Antique furnishing in the bedroom, lots of interesting touches throughout. Both the bed and the pullout couch were comfortable, everything worked, the unit was clean and well furnished. I was surprised to learn that we could walk to three or four good restaurants just a few blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. There is easy access to Ashland via Route 99 or the freeway.

  • Very cozy and convenient accommodations, close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return. One word of warning: the bed in the bedroom is extremely, and puzzlingly, high off the floor. My husband and I (senior citizens) are tall people, but we both struggled climbing into the bed until we found the little step-stools tucked away under the bed. Be sure to look for them before retiring for the night!

  • What an adorable little home! It was immaculate and just right for my needs. My dog loved the little garden in spite of the pouring rain. I just loved the old-fashioned shower with the curtain around it. I highly recommend this to any weary traveler.

  • This spot is very close to Downtown and the restaurants. It is clean and it was great to be able to cook in a well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the space clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and wash clothes. All in all a good solid place to stay in southern Oregon!

  • This was a nice and cozy place to stay. Everything was as described. Wish we had the chance to stay and enjoy the place a little longer. There's a great backyard and it's very close to downtown.

  • Jill made my first airbnb experience stress free! I had a question before booking, and she responded within minutes. She gave a lot of useful information in the ad and in private messages, and she's very flexible. And if there had been a problem, it was good to know that I could easily reach her. The apartment is really well maintained and clean, the internet connection was great, and there are a lot of extra touches in there to make you feel at home.

  • The house was beautiful, close to downtown and very inviting. It was also well equipped for cooking, which I enjoy. Although that's not a necessity with the great restaurants and brew pubs nearby. I hope to be back again soon.

  • We've stayed here before and we'll stay here again. We have friends and family in the area, but it's great when visiting you have your own space and we love this one. Jill is lovely, the apartment is so cozy and homey, and the area is close enough to walk to many things.

  • This place was the prefect size for 2 people! , maybe even 3 or 4 if sharing the bed and the couch/bed are an option! Definitely good for a family with little kids , just my opinion! It was warm, and cute! Coffee bean grinder available! Sunrise view from the living-room, adorable buildings next to other adorable houses ! I came, i slept, i drove on to Portland!
Though the duplex was on the small side, i felt like i had enough room, and could have shared the space with others
Lovely large claw-foot bath tub !
    Warm blankets!
Close to stuff you'd need for a drive!
    Just off the I5!
Feels like grandmas house , if your grandma was a little hip!
    East check in and out!
(Did not have to interact personally with the host, but she was very responsive , friendly, and accommodating)

    I say book it!
