This Apt. is downtown Medford in a residential/Industrial/commercial area. Very convenient to surrounding areas.
A beautiful, high Queen Size Bed in bedroom (with a step to get in), Sleeper Sofa (with feather bed insert) in living room (sleeps 2).

The space

This Apt. is very close to downtown Medford in a residential/ Industrial/ commercial area. Which means there is an Industrial Pipe Supply Yard across the street for a local Commercial Plumbing Company, not very pretty, but the hills beyond it are beautiful. Down the street (4 blocks North) is a Mission for people with housing and meals needs so there is foot traffic on the street, but no heavy loud trucks or buss'. Very convenient to surrounding areas.
A beautiful, high Queen Size Bed in bedroom (with a step to get in), Sleeper Sofa in living room (sleeps 2), Claw foot tub/Shower in Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Internet Available, Cable TV. Laundry Room off the back porch (between the apartments), Backyard Rose Garden. Two miles from Airport, 10 miles from Ashland, 5 miles from Jacksonville (in summer, Britt Festival. In Winter- beautifully decorated "Old Town" Christmas with Horse drawn carriage rides). The Apt. is close to wonderful restaurants, & downtown area, Craterian Theater (6 blocks) and the newly remodeled (not yet done) Historic Holly Theater(2 blocks) for musical performances. Close (4 blocks) to Tinseltown Theaters for multi-plex theater experience. One block from The Pallet Winery, that does have wine tastings occasionally and a couple blocks from 3-4 excellent coffee houses. Check in times are flexible. The view is of distant hillls behind the commercial/industrial part of the neighborhood. Enjoy your stay in the Rogue Valley!
P. S. We do allow pets to stay, if your pets enjoy lounging on the furniture, please cover the furniture with a sheet (your sheet), so clean up is minimized. There are tools for picking up after your pets in the back yard. Thank you

The apartment was exactly as described... clean, quiet and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much but it looked well-equipped. Did not actually meet the host but she was communicative and instructions were very clear.

We loved staying at Jill's place. The cottage was lovely without being too "precious". We were so comfortable and relaxed especially due to all of the small thoughtful touches inside the cottage; fresh flowers, good coffee, biscotti (so sorry if my husband ate ALL of them!), very comfortable bed with a step to help climb in, AND tons of People magazines! It also has a quiet back yard filled with rose bushes and a small deck that was perfect for morning coffee. The only thing missing was an outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi!

Jill's place is lovely! A quaint cottage in a great location. Check in was smooth. Communication was perfect. A/C was much appreciated. There was another couple with a pet in the other half of the duplex and we never heard them. The bed was very comfortable. There were little notes for guests sprinkled throughout the cottage with tips that were helpful. There were eggs, (freshly ground) coffee and supplies to make pancakes. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

Cozy little duplex. The house itself is cute and well-cared-for, but that part of downtown is a bit sketchy. Jill was great about communication and check in.

Although we didn't get to meet Jill, she was attentive to our needs and the house was clean and had everything we needed

We stayed here on our way from SFO to PDX, and it was a perfect place to spend the night. Cute and comfortable, it gave us just the right amount of space for a relaxed evening and sun-filled morning. I would only note that the neighborhood was not silent at night. That said, it wasn't noisy either. Otherwise, our experience with Jill and her place were very good. Thanks!
