Located in a quiet private estate, this pet friendly spacious semi- detached cottage is the original courtyard steading farmhouse. 5 minutes from Loch Lomond Trossachs National Park with woodland walks &cycling available directly from the door providing the ideal tranquil location to relax and explore the spectacular scenery history and attractions of the area. The town of Dunoon is in easy reach with its selection of pubs restaurants and shops. Away from it all without being isolated.

Ground floor: Living room with French doors and wooden floor. Second living room (snug)with wood burning stove. Kitchen and Utility Room. Bathroom with w/c and bath. Fifth bed room overlooking the courtyard.
First Floor: 4 bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and w/c, two with en suite shower and w/c. Large enclosed garden with sitting out area surrounded by natural woodland. Ample parking. Easy access for country walks. River near by (150m)

Ideal for walkers and cyclists of all abilities with a diversity of scenery boasting dramatic peaks, waterfalls, and mysterious forest covered slopes. A tranquil location to relax, and a fantastic base from which to explore the spectacular scenery and history of the area. The deep glens and narrow sea lochs are typical of this part of the West Coast of Scotland, and it is not uncommon to see deer, red squirrels, grouse and partridge on your doorstep. The area is full of history. Standing stones, burial cairns and rock carvings abound. Take a steamer cruise aboard the famous Waverley, the last sea going passenger carrying paddle steamer in the world, and explore the hills and lochs of the Cowal Penisula. There are many outdoor activities; sailing, sea fishing quad biking, clay shooting and pony trekking. Nearby the magnificent Benmore Botanic gardens are well worth a visit, as is Puck's Glen a walk through magical scenery reminiscent of Lord of The Rings.
