The suite I am renting here is gorgeous and big, with a balcony that has a beautiful view of the canal and lagoon, It has a King Size bed (super King), and a leather sofa that transforms in to a queen size bed. The suite has a big walk in closet with plenty of storage space, a double vanity sink outside the bathroom, and a big private bathroom (ensuite), with a shower and a big Jacuzzi.
The quality of the place is excellent, marble floors, beautiful leather and dark wood furniture, air conditioned, cable, wireless internet, 50” high definition flat screen TV, Harman Kardon surround sound, DVD player and an Xbox 360, also inside the suite a small fridge, a wine fridge, a microwave oven and a coffemaker.
It’s really a very beautiful, safe, quiet and private place, with a wonderful garden with a private pool, a small canal beach, a Zen deck and a lovely gazebo right in the canal.
My home is a 3 story house in a horizontal condo of only 10 houses, most or the houses are empty; only rarely used during Christmas and summer school vacations, the few neighbors that live here in Cancun including us, almost never use the pool or the garden, you will have those areas mostly to yourselves.
I have a fully equipped Kitchen. Big fridge with Ice maker (from bottled water), double wall oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, and all the amenities you may need for cooking are at your disposal. I also have a brand new gas grill you can use if you want to cook outside in the garden.
The suite for rent is on the third floor; on the main floor is the kitchen, laundry room, service room, breakfast room, dining room, one full bathroom, a bar and the main living room; (feel free to enjoy all the areas in the main floor), then on the second floor I have a big collection of movies, books, magazines and games for your use.
The rent includes a full breakfast (eggs, fresh fruit, fruit juice, bread, quesadillas, milk and coffee); a maid that can clean the room everyday if you want (except Sunday), and clean sheets and towels once a week (we provide bath towels, beach towels and face towels). All the supplies you may expect to find in a hotel are included (like hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper, napkins, and tissues). We only drink bottled water; every week I buy lots of 5-gallon water bottles (all the bottle water you need is included) we always have one bottle in a dispenser in the kitchen for lukewarm water ( for cooking an coffee), and we also connect these bottles to the fridge pump so the cool water and ice cubes are also from bottled water.
I have tree private parking spots in the house if you want to park a car.
I have a large washing machine (12kg), a large drying machine (12kg), a steam Iron machine, and the regular iron an iron table, you may use them yourself for $10us per load (12kg), also my living in maid can do the laundry and ironing for you for $20us per load if you prefer.
Location: Cancun's hotel zone is the most exclusive and beautiful place in México, a single main boulevard with the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other side, with markers on each kilometer: we are on kilometer number 4; in the heart of the hotel zone but only 8 minutes away from downtown Cancun and the biggest local mall. supermarkets like Wall mart, Sam´s Club or Costco are 12 minutes away, is really super easy to get here either if you are driving or taking a cab or a Bus you won’t have a problem finding us. The Bus Stop is one minute away walking; the boat to Isla Mujeres and the beach is just across the street.
Cancun's hotel zone (Kukulcan Boulevard) is only 12 miles long and its full of restaurants, malls, discos and hotels, and no matter what area of the hotel zone you choose to stay you need transportation to get around but fortunately, transportation is easy; 24 hours a day the buses run, you never wait more than a minute, and costs under a dollar each time you board (half of the buses are air conditioned), taxis are everywhere and are very cheap also, and if you are a fitness fan we have a beautiful running/biking track that runs all along the boulevard.
My place is right on the Hotel Zone, if you look at a map of Cancun you will notice that the Hotel Zone is a thin strip of land; with the lagoon on one side and the ocean on the other side, the beach is everywhere, all the Beaches in Mexico are public, and there are several entrances between the hotels to get there, you can get to the beach from my house just by crossing the Boulevard and walking straight in to it, I am on the Km # 4, a lot of my guests like also to go to spend one day at the beach in Isla Mujeres, because it has a nice pueblo vive; Isla Mujeres is an old city founded in 1850, by pirates and Mayas running away from the cruel War of Castes. Is a very small island and its located just in front of my house, (it has amazing snorkeling sites also). The boat (Embarcadero Isla Mujeres Ultramar) is just across the street, is $17us round trip, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the island, Its a nice boat ride.

http://www.airbnb.com/rooms/220674 (Suite) The best!!! ♥
I felt like I was staying amongst the elite in Cancun at this B&B. The room was large and in great condition. The backyard was breathtaking with a lush shared yard, a swimming pool and a lake where speed boats went by. It is located about 6km from all of the "action", which I preferred, but it is still very accessible to all of the clubs and events if that is what you are looking for. The breakfast was amazing and I though I had to leave early to catch my international flight, it was totally worth waiting for.
Enjoyed the suite, especially the view from the room and all the daylight and sunshine coming in. The family was very warm and accommodating. I would definitely recommend guests and come again!..also great location!
My overall experience in this B&B was great! Given the location, the service, the cleanliness, the view, etc. this place gives an excellent value for money. It's very easy to commute downtown by a 3 min. walk to the main road and then by taking a bus/taxi to get there. Carmen's maid was very friendly and helpful when the breakfast was required at certain time or laundry was required too (by an extra cost). The place is spacious, clean, well equipped and conditioned.
I would highly recommend you to stay at this B&B, just make sure that if you are taking a tour or a taxi from the airport the address is clear for the ones picking you up as there were some idiots causing me inconveniences because they didn't understand the location (which is very easy to understand, to be honest!).
Wow what an amazing suite. Beautiful huge room. Pool & and a beautiful back garden with a dock in a lagoon with yachts. Place is as good as it looks in the pictures, which is not always true in airbnb. Maid was very welcoming.
Right in the hotel zone. If you book an excursion/tour they only accept hotels as a pickup point. Sotavento Hotel & Yacht Club is 10 seconds walk so that can be a pickup point. Or hotel Calypso 1min walk.
casa d eli es un super chill spot -- especially for a 15m old porque:
1. the pool was refreshing, perfect depth & lovely, with yellow flowers floating in it.
2. bird songs all day
3. not far from natura, healthy mexican restaurant (chaya jugu naturales)
4. low-key canal, across from huge mangrove fish nursery es muy linda and ideal for exploring tropical delights safely
5. fantastic AC
6 romantic fun jacuzzi
7 nice balcony view
8 safe (without overwhelming presense of seguridad ), with familial siento
9. near tortuga playa para divertido domingo playa fiesta con locales!
10. eli es kind, and helpful with making plans over the phone en espangol to ensure clear understanding
It was a perfect time for us, beautiful place, nice lagoon, wie Love it, very perfect!!
We like to come back, Thank you
This suite was absolutely incredible. My mother and I LOVED it! Modern comfort, tons of room, gorgeous view, surround sound audio for playing music, wonderfully decorated, the list goes on!
Even though I can't say enough good things about the suite, that wasn't the best part of this place!! Eli, our caretaker at the villa, was so warm and welcoming and friendly. She even helped me get a Nutella stain out of my new, white dress! I absolutely loved her!! Outdoors, the pool, palm trees, gazebo, beach, and crystal-clear lagoon created the perfect place to relax (and film suntanning iguanas!).
I highly recommend this villa, no mater which room you stay in. For a video perspective of the entire place inside and out, check out my YouTube channel "Tia Mueller" in 1-2 weeks :)
Carmen, Eli & Roy's place was wonderfully relaxing. They were incredibly flexible in dealing with our extended flight issues. In our group of four, we had one person who arrived 4 hours early while the rest 4 hours late; however, Eli took care of each of us when we arrived. :)
Breakfast was great with fruits and breads. We also got to meet some of the other guests staying in the house.
Accommodations: Spacious and comfortable room, wonderful breakfast and charming pool on the water. Very nice, we would return.
Community: This area of town is surrounded by all inclusive resorts so we had to travel by taxi or bus for meals, shopping etc.
This was our maiden voyage with AirBnB, and Carmen, Eli, and Roy did an awesome job at making their home feel like our own, but still providing a very special and private place for us.
If you're wanting to experience Cancun while staying at a classy and comfortable, yet very affordable residence, you wont be wrong staying here.
