New Albany is returning to its former glory. Once ranked highly for Ohio river personal & business adventures. Revisit history. Stroll down Main Street, one block over, and sense and experience the grandeur of 1900’s mansions. Imagine the pride of William Culbertson seeing his 1867 showcase home been built. 1010 Market is hardly a shadow of that splendor yet it greets you with tremendous loving charm. This pocketbook sized “ mansion” offers you a quiet, comfortable retreat.

The space
My home is tiny, cozy, and comfortable and I think unique. Entering the house you immediately feel at home. The neighborhood too is safe and friendly actually just a half block behind you is Mansion row. And on Market Street there are a couple of neighborhood bars.
“Pet Friendly.” There is a $25.00 pet fee.

Guest access
Please enjoy the entire house while you are there actually consider it your home during your stay. And because it's your home enjoy the snacks, coffee and misc. goodies along with shampoo and basic bathroom essentials …… they are there for you.
If you allow your pet on the furniture, can you please bring blankets or sheets to protect the sofa and bed? We'd appreciate it.

Other things to note
Trundle sofa in living room is completely comfortable and can be converted to 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed with Sealy mattresses.
