LINENS & CLEANING ARE INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy.
Sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, and blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels..
Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied.
TWO beach passes are included for use during your stay.
Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap, shampoo, etc.
Drinking Water: The water supply is municipally treated so it should be safe for drinking.

Responsible pet owners and pets are welcome with pre-approval. Pet fee applies $70/week/pet or $15/night/pet. Max 2 pets. Pet bowls provided. If you have allergies, please be advised that this is a pet-friendly property.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a booking.
We require the names of all occupants and the ages of any children in compliance with a local by-law.

High Season: WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY WITH SATURDAY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT (July 2 - Sept 3, 2022).
Low Season: 2 night min; 3 night min for long weekends; monthly rentals available from Oct to May.
Payment: Major credit cards - payment will be collected by Airbnb at time of booking.
Rates include 4% Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT).

This charming four-bedroom century home has lots of character and plenty of space and is ideal for gatherings of couples, families, and friends. Whether you’re dining al fresco on the back deck, lounging around the patio with your favourite book, enjoying a beverage on the front screened sun porch, or picking herbs from the garden, there’s plenty of room for everyone and everything at Gwyn Haven. The kids and your family pet will enjoy the backyard complete with a trampoline (May-Oct) and fire pit.
Located on the main street, Gwyn Haven is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants (including the Drake Devonshire), brewery, cafe, ice cream shops, bike store, public library, bank, galleries, studios, jazz club, shops, and boutiques. The Millennium Trail is easily accessible as is the public park with a community-built playground, and a public beach with a boardwalk along the shore to a lighthouse. There is also public access to the lake about a block away via Narrow Street. Head out for the day to Sandbanks, TWO beach passes are included with your rental.
Gwyn Haven is nestled in the heart of wine country so take advantage of tasting and discovery at local wineries and dining establishments. Enjoy the wonderful scenery and county roads, sand dunes, beaches, golf courses, festivals, and farm markets that Prince Edward County offers. Visit the museums, theatres, art galleries, artisans, and antique shops that abound. You won’t want to leave and you’ll definitely want to return! It’s conveniently close to Toronto (2 hours), Ottawa (3 hours), and Montreal (4 hours) so visit year-round.
