Here is located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by beautiful nature so that you will be able to relax and enjoy your private time during the entire stay in this seaside house.

・Please use a designated BBQ equipment.
As a few guests don't pack up BBQ within the time I ask them to (until 7PM), I only allow BBQ for those guests who stay more than 1 night.
If you would like to use it, please message me beforehand as it costs extra.

・You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you.
And if you would like to take more than that, one with bigger size or other pet, please ask me before you make the reservation :-)

・you CANNOT smoke inside the house.
Smoking is not allowed on this property except for outside dec and please be careful with the use of fire.

・Please separate the trash.
If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee.

Where you’ll be

Zushi, Kanagawa-ken, Japan

This house is located on a top of the hill surrounded by woods and you will be able to see a great ocean in front of the house.
It would be a nice walk to get to the accommodation from either Zushi Marina or the nearest convenience store as it is a little hilly. You will get the best running course from here to Kamakura :-)

If you are more into outdoor activities, there are lots of marine sports such as puddle boat, surfing and sea kayak. I am sure you can enjoy fishing and pottery too!

Please enjoy this relaxed local living which you wouldn't be able to do in a rushy, busy city life.
