CASA VICTORIA, located in the heart of Old Town just two blocks from Duval Street, is a large 5 bedroom home built with the charm and quirkiness of early 20th century Key West. Dating back to the Cigar Manufacturers' era, CASA VICTORIA exudes the classic Old Town style that makes Key West such a unique vacation

The space
This authentic Conch House is close to all that Key West has to offer. This home provides the perfect setting for a large group to enjoy Key West together.

THE LIVING AREA...

CASA VICTORIA has a large front foyer that leads way to the formal dining room that seats up to ten, connecting with the family living area with a large flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is completely equipped to prepare any meal with all of the tools and appliances you'll need for a dining experience with the whole group.

THE POOL AREA...

French doors off the living room and kitchen open to the cool waters of the sparkling private pool and heated spa with waterfall feature, the perfect place to take a dip and unwind after a day exploring. A large covered porch provides outside dining space for cocktails or a leisurely meal prepared on the grill. An additional outside refrigerator adds convenience to the outdoor living space.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

** First Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to the front balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

** Second Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to the back balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

** Third Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a convenient en-suite half bath.

** Fourth Bedroom: Located on the Third Floor with Two Queen beds, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

** Fifth Bedroom: Located in the Guest Cottage with a King bed, a flat screen TV, direct access to the Pool Area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

• For security reasons Last Key Realty requires a credit card on file for all reservations. Unfortunately, AirBnB does not share your CC info with us, thus you will be required to contact Last Key Realty directly to submit a credit card on file for your reservation. Only then will your reservation be confirmed.
• In addition to providing a CC on file, we require a digital lease to be signed. This docusign document will be emailed to you after you provide us with your email address. We will not turn a property over to a guest until we have a signed lease.
