Located on almost an acre, Sunset House, features a south-facing deck and patio. Nap or read in the sun. Or, take advantage of its central location and explore Big Sur, walk the beach in Carmel, visit Monterey's historic adobes, explore Carmel Valley, or take in the Jazz Festival or Concours d'Elegance.

The space
Two hours south of San Francisco on the Monterey Bay you'll find Sunset House in the golf resort, Pebble Beach.

Share wine and conversation before the fireplace. Or, enjoy your supper on the deck while admiring the stars and listening to the sounds of the night which include, during our mild winters, waves crashing on the beach.

Your bathroom, which adjoins the master bedroom, features a window overlooking rose bushes and the piney woods. The bath includes marble vanity, long bath tub, and marble tiling.

Your queen size four-poster bed is dressed in the smoothest of sheets and all the pillows you need. An Asian touch lends serenity throughout the house.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is steps away from the half-bath.

Kitchen and breakfast room have all the goodies you'll need from crystal wine glasses to immersion blender.

NOTE. There is an in-law suite within the house. That space is rented to a very, very quiet long-term tenant who is away at work most of the time.

Sunset House is within 5 minutes of Whole Foods, Pottery Barn, Macy's, Soma, ... you get the idea. Yet, it is a world apart, nestled in the pine forest, quiet, and serene. You will be 8 minutes from Carmel and 15 minutes from downtown Monterey and its historic adobes.
