  • Erick was responsive and thorough, even answering our texts with suggestions for dining out. The apartment is as billed; it's not luxury, but it's definitely comfortable and clean, and provided everything we needed. We paid half of what we would have paid for a hotel, and were thrilled with the view and the convenience to both downtown Sausalito and SF. We would stay here again if we come back to San Francisco. We stayed three nights, and walked to downtown Sausalito three times; would recommend Spinnaker's for dinner (great food and excellent view) and Sausalito Bakery and Cafe was great for breakfast.

  • Me, my two daughters, my son-in-law and my 1 year-old grand daughter came to SF to visit my son. The apt. was exactly as billed and we loved our stay there. The view of SF and the bay was a fabulous accompaniment to a cup of coffee in the morning and was equally spectacular at night. The common area was very roomy, and even when my son came over to hang out and cook in the well-stocked kitchen, we never felt cramped. The next time my family visits SF, we won't even look for another place to stay.

  • Great stay at Erick and Kylas! The apartment is lovely and the view us amazing. The hosts are very available to assist. We hope to return and stay again!

  • I stayed in California Dreaming for a week with my daughter and can vouch for every word in the description of this apartment. We bought food from the uber-convenient grocery store around the corner and were lulled by the peace and quiet of this corner of Sausalito. Erick was responsive to requests (laundry) and gave advice that went beyond the basics.

  • My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Erick and Kyla's apartment. The apartment is located on a beautiful residential street, only a short walk to Sausalito's shops and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need - it truly felt like home away from home. We cooked at the apartment several times, without any trouble.
The views from the deck are stunning - overlooking Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge; it's a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. You'll see massive ships pulling into the Bay, which is quite a spectacle.
Erick was a great host - always quick to respond and provide assistance if necessary.
I would highly recommend this rental for your stay in Sausalito/San Francisco. We would return in a heartbeat!

  • The property was conveniently located, within a 10-minute walk to the main shopping street of Sausalito. There is a convenience store just 1 block away. A most convenient launch point to our visit to Muir Woods, and probably a day trip to the wine country too, but we didn't have the time. The pictures are very accurate.

I had quick questions for the host upon arrival and just before check-out. Both times, he was every responsive.

  • This was my first airbnb experience and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel, privacy and spacey! The view from the deck is perfect, you can see the sun coming up. Erick was quickly and friendly in answering question, I hope to meet him and Kayla next time in person. Sausalito is so much better to stay then San Francisco directly. I highly recommend this place. Cheers

  • Erick was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen items. There's a market nearby and it's within walking distance to the dining and shops. I would highly recommend staying here!

  • What a wonderful place. Quiet, a neighborhood store one block away with great veggies, meat/fish, and everything else you'd need. The apartment is very clean with two bedrooms, plenty of closet and drawer space. Walking distance to "downtown" Sausalita. Definitely a placed to return.
