Step out your back door on to your open porch. Enjoy the ocean view. A short path to the ocean where you can enjoy the sounds of the waves right in your back yard.
The home provides one Master bedroom (Queen) and full bath. A second bedroom (Queen) with full bath and a smaller 3rd room with a full comfortable sleeper sofa. This is ideal for 4 people, but one or two more guests or kids will still have a comfortable place. • Glass French doors open to the roofed porch, open to the ocean and ample space. Great place for romantic dining and a spectacular ocean view with clean fresh breeze and shade in the afternoon. The beach here is rocky sandy and not recommended for bathing. A public sand beach with a snack bar is 5 walking minutes away to bathe (not swim) and most beautiful beaches for shallow and deeper swimming are about 10 – 25 car minutes away
Open floor plan with combined kitchen and living area also fully furnished. All opened and airy with comfortable seating for guests to enjoy. Large table for 6 people.
Kitchen is fully stocked for the mature or not so functional chef to prepare those hearty meals. Toaster, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, full size refrigerator and all items for a household.
A hotel and pool-bar area with restaurant is 5 – 10 walking minutes away when cooking is not an option. Grocery stores and other island-shopping are within 10 to 40 car minutes away.
All rooms have AC and ceiling fans. Everything is located on a single floor for easy access for all guests. .
