The Blue Ridge Parkway is just minutes away. Mission Hospital is 0.5 mile away. Veterans Administration Hospital is 5 minutes away. The house is also available for monthly rentals. Please inquire for special rates for monthly rentals.

The house is tastefully decorated to provide you with a calm oasis very close to central Asheville, also know as the Paris of the South for its many cafes and European flavor. High speed Internet and expanded cable are provided with WiFi throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use on the property. Three comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Accommodates 6 people with ease.

The living room is bright and casually elegant. There is a fireplace with gas logs for cozy ambiance.

The bedrooms have plush mattresses. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The middle bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All linens are provided. The bedrooms provide beautiful views of the trees and distant mountains can be seen from the front bedroom through the leaves. They are very bright and airy and perfect for napping, sleeping, or reading quietly. Please note that all bedrooms are on the second floor.

The floors are oak wood tongue and groove (newly finished on the bottom floor).

Guest Access

About one week prior to your arrival we will touch base with a few details about access including the key lock box code.

Interaction with Guests

We generally make the key available in the lock box so schedules do not have to be considered for personal greetings. We of course love to meet our guests if it works out, but we understand that many people simply want to enjoy their stay and relax. We live on the same street just steps away, so meetings are easily arranged if needed.

The Neighborhood

We love our neighborhood because it is so quiet and walkable with many large oak trees and green spaces yet so close to everything. Many consider it to be the perfect balance! Because it is a neighborhood we ask guests to respect their neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and parking in the driveway.

Getting Around

We are 5 minutes from downtown Asheville and even closer to Biltmore village and entrance to Biltmore House. There are several bus stops close by as well.

Other Things to Note

We have several parks very nearby the house including one shady park especially designed for younger children just a block away.

The owners speak French.
