This is an historic neighborhood with a restaurants art and antiques. It is very close to the downtown and beaches too. This is and urban area and it is very diverse. Artists and writers would enjoy this home and location.
I think most people would enjoy having a car most though. It is easy and fast to get to so many attractions and entertainment but they are not in easy walking distance. Lyft, Uber, buses, and taxis are available.

If you enjoy details and the play of natural light on textures as well as the sound of the fountain you will find that at this house.
No smoking in the house but outside is ok.
