This is our 100+ year old shotgun bungalow located in the historic and vibrant Volker neighborhood. We called this home for better than 10 years. During that time, we completely renovated it, while keeping the historic charm. Two kids later..... we're now offering it to you.
You get the place all to yourself. No noise annoyances above, or below. Just a nice, quiet, and peaceful home to call your own.
The home has one bedroom with a Queen size bed, as well as a sleeper couch in the front room/library. Ideal for 2. Happy to accept up to 4.
The home has all the amenities of a fully functioning place. Including Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, (no cable). A full size washer and dryer. A library of books and movies. A bicycle, helmet, and lock. Even a sewing machine.

There's no shortage of things to do nearby, many within walking distance.

39th street - boutique shops, excellent international restaurants, bars. www.39thstreetwestkc.com

Westport - more eclectic shops, restaurants, and lots of nightlife, including live music. www.westportkcmo.com

Plaza - 3 minute drive. Shopping, Restaurants, and great people watching. www.countryclubplaza.com
