A gem of a location walk out the back gate through Scion Tree research park onto Titokorangi Drive and into The Redwoods forest. You have full access to the whole house.

The house is fully equipped to be your home away from home.
KITCHEN is fully equipped with a side by side fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. Toaster, Sandwich maker and all the pots and frying pans and utensils etc needed to cook a meal with.
LAUNDRY Washing machine and dryer available free to use. With clothesline on the outside wall of the main/master bedroom
BACK YARD is fully fenced, and gates are locked. Ideal for safe play for the kids. Some outdoor toys can be found in the outdoor shed. GAS BARBECUE and outdoor furniture make for an ideal finish to the day.
BIKE STORAGE The SHED in the back yard can be used for some bike storage and contains balls and outside games.
CHILD friendly suitable for all ages, fully fenced back yard, toys, games, portable cot, highchair and kids table and chairs.
A book with instructions on how to use some appliances is in the pantry next to the fridge. Other instructions found in drawer under the toaster
ENTERTAINMENT there is free wifi, TV with chromecast and board games and books.

The house is approximately 1 hours drive from Taupo and 2 hours from Waitomo Caves. Hobbiton is approx 1 hour or Matamata Information Centre is also an hour.
Guest access
The whole house is available for guests. All 3 bedrooms can be used. Though the area in the foyer with the large flower motifs on the door is not available, and cupboards in carport are locked, not for use.

Other things to note
Heating/Cooling
Please note the heat pumps in the house can be used for heating and cooling. Referred to in the listing as heating and air-conditioning. Please note the panel heater in the hallway doesn't work.
Bedrooms
A portacot with some bedding and mattress is available for infants up to 18 months. This is located in wardrobe/closet of the middle bedroom.
Extra chairs for the dining room can be located in middle bedroom wardrobe/closet.
The smallest bedroom consists of a set of bunks (a single bed over a double bed) and has a heatpump/aircon unit.
The middle bedroom has a queen size bed plus a single bed and there is a small heater ( no heat pump)
The main/master bedroom has a king sized bed and an airconditioning unit/heat pump for heating or cooling. The TV recently added to the bedroom is chromecast only.
If you are arriving with bikes make sure you dont drive into the carport with bikes still attached.
SECURITY CAMERA - There are 3 cameras on the outside of the house. One at the front, one at the entrance way to the house and one also overlooking the backyard. - There are none in the house
The amount of people staying is only how many you have booked for.
There is room in the locked outside shed for a couple of bikes. Unfortunately the kayaks are not for use.
The backyard is fully fenced and there are a few outdoor things for the kids to use, located in the shed.
