Decorated in a classical style and tastefully furnished WINDOWS ON THE COLOSSEUM apartment would be ideal for both business and pleasure alike.
This beautiful apartment, inside a 5 floors building of the early '900, finely and preciously restored, is located in one of the most ancient roman neighbourhood, the Celio Hill.
Via Ostilia is a quiet narrow and oneway road, with parking restrictions, perfect for tourists looking for a peaceful and easy vacation. The property is located just a very few steps far from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, in a charming area, with lots of peculiar stores, candlelight restaurants and friendly pubs.The very close metro (Colosseum), the several buses, as well as taxi station (around the corner), the rent-a-bike and the rent-a-motorbike, allow its guests to move around Rome easily and fast. The apartment is on a very bright third floor with elevator, and is suitable for maximum 4 people.
Laundry, internet cafe', supermarket, pharmacy, money exchange, international phone calls point, ATM machine, bank... just downstairs!!!
The building has a video surveillance service and a double door access that allow guests to feel 100% safe like at home.
From the elegant doorway hall you get the elevator to the apartment. A bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with TV and the sofa turnable in a very comfortable queen size bed (160 x 190 cm) for two people and a fully furnished kitchen.
If you are going to stay longer than 7 days, the bed and bath linen is changed once a week.

Interaction with Guests
Please be aware I live in the same building and this means:
1) NO waiting time at your arrival (i.e. "the host has been stuck in the traffic jam");
2) NO panic if your flight delays;
4) ALWAYS available to assist you if something doesn't work properly.
The area around the Colosseum and the Roman Forum is crammed with archaeological sights, and the visitor is cheek-by-jowl with reminders of the emperors and ancient Rome.
The area is conveniently placed for public transport, with a Metro station right opposite the Colosseum, and is only a short distance from Stazione Termini. It's possible to walk into the Centro Storico or the shopping area of Via del Corso; there are also plenty of buses. Note that the main road past the Colosseum and Forum is very busy, but is pedestrianised on Sundays.
Just one block away from the University of Notre Dame du Lac.

IF THE NEIGHBORS WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NO RESPECT OF THEIR QUIET AND PRIVACY (for example: ringing their intercom in the night) I WILL BE FORCED TO INTERRUPT YOUR STAY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
The check-in could be flexible if the apartment is available. This depends on the previous guests' check-out or the next guests' check-in.
The latest check-in at 11.00 p.m., then you can collect the key from a safe with combination.
If you will be our guest we kindly ask you the following:
1. to respect the neighbors and to avoid noise in the elevator and on the flight of stairs;
2. to close the internal doors of the elevator;
3. to throw your garbage in the gray bins on the street;
4. to switch off the lights when you are going out;
5. to put the AC in sleep mode during the night and to turn it off when nobody is in.
