Situated in central Tannum Sands - 100m from the Beautiful Boyne river with its walking and bike tracks and close to Tannum Beach, cafes and supermarkets. Newly decorated, beach inspired, downstairs self contained unit with fully functional kitchen and modern bathroom- comfortable and inviting in a relaxed and peaceful setting. Perfect for couples requiring a relaxing overnight stay or business travellers.

The space
Our home is in a residential area -the unit has open and easy access to a large grass area which joins to the lovely turtle way walking and bike tracks along the boyne river. Nice walk to canoe point and tannum beach from here. Perfect easy track for the avid walker/push biker.

We have lived in Tannum Sands since 2010, when we shifted from NZ. Shane works in the industry and Stephanie is a part time nurse. Our interests include boating and camping in this beautiful area. We love this region and our home and are looking forward to hosting. Airbnb is new to us - we have enjoyed renovating our downstairs unit and hope that someone will come and stay and enjoy our place as much as we do.
