The place is okey. The house we stayed in was right next to the main house and there is a/c only inside the bedroom which has 2 double beds. Overall it’s a small place but it has everything needed to cook. Coffee maker, 2 stove electronic kitchenette, toaster and microwave. There…

Tim and Kim's place is located next to some beautiful secluded beaches. They gave us great tips on where to visit and we're very kind to us and our kids. We loved our stay and would come back again.

The infinity pool was amazing! I didn't pick this place because of the pool but it ended up being my favorite amenity. The beach is in walking distance which was very convenient, we didn't stay here long but it was definitely a great pit stop!

Okay for the price. But definitely not equipped nor enough space for 6 guests as listed. The hot pot for cooking on barely heated and the mini frig was barely room to stock supplies for cooking and the ice cube trays would not freeze. Beds are small. Holes in screens that let pe…

Response from Kim And Tim:
The space has sleeping for 6 people - a large bedroom with 2 double beds and a queen sized sofa/futon in the living room. It is great for families with children or those who will just be using it as a "home base" for their stay - those that want to make basic meals and be out and about. It is snug for groups of 6 adults that want to spend their days in the guest house and do all of their own cooking. Please bring any issues to us as so we can tend to them for you. We do our best to deal with things as quickly as possible, but we need to know... We were unaware of their issues with the fridge. After they checked out we noticed that the thermostat on it was turned down and turned it back up... The space is stocked with dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper (I guess they didn't find the spares in the organizer by the towels, but they didn't ask). Unfortunately the lounge chairs are out being repaired after being abused by some guests. Again, had they asked.... we have others. They are too hot when left on the sunny pool deck so they are not sitting out.

Staying at Kim and Tim's was great. It was quiet and peaceful at the house, but close (by car) to a number of beaches and towns with plenty of restaurants to chose from and things to do. We got to meet one of the neighborhood coatis (Sadie), which was a cherry on top of a great f…

We are Canadians who have escaped the snow! We have given up toboganning in favor of boogie boarding at nearby beaches. Looking for a change of pace we left Calgary, Alberta in March 2013 and came to Costa Rica with the mindset that everyday is a new adventure! With our lo…
