Interaction with Guests
We interact as much or as little as our guest desire. We are available to help with directions, places to see and attractions that are a must! We greet our guest, speak with them but do not try to monopolize their time while they are with us. Our guest get a key to the house so they can come and go as they please. We like for our quest to be comfortable, to have their privacy, to be able to relax when they need to. There is no certain time for rising. They usually have been traveling and have plans for while they are with us. So we are always considerate of their needs and their time of rest and relaxation!
Our neighborhood is very peaceful, safe and quiet. The area is very well established with beautiful old trees, oaks, crepe myrtles, azaleas, magnolias and many other Southern flowering trees. The homes are very well cared for and the lawns equally so, as they are very well manicured. It is simply a very lovely environment, conducive to a pleasant and relaxing stay!

We provide a very nice breakfast for those who desire to eat in the morning. We offer a variety of choices, with coffee/tea/ and a choice of different egg dishes including Coddled
We love hosting people in our home! And we are looking forward to meeting you and having you to stay with us! But we do have some rules. No smoking, no hard alcohol, no loud or unruly behavior. This is a very quiet neighborhood. We take very good care of our home and we expect that everything be left in the condition it was found. Thank you!

Miss Lou was very nice and helpful. We stayed for a week and our room was very comfortable and the house clean and nice.
Andy and her husband were very welcoming. I was travelling with a friend and we arrived quite late in the night: Andy and her husband very kindly waited up for us.
The house is exquisitely decorated and the breakfast Andy served was delicious. Andy also gave us lots of tips in interesting things to see in Baton Rouge.
We had arrived from Austin , after an 8 hour drive and we were pretty exhausted: the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was all for us and we couldn't have asked for more.
It's a pity we only stayed one night, but we'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
Lovely home, Andy & her husband are wonderful hosts. Great convenient location. I went for a long walk in the neighborhood. I will definately stay there again when I need a place to stay in Baton Rouge.
