Located in the center of town (a few blocks from Augustana and USF, 1 mile to Sanford Hospital).

I am a college baseball coach at Augustana University. I have lived in Sioux Falls since 2009. I started using Airbnb while traveling and enjoyed the process. "The Doll House" was my first listing. It had been a monthly rental in the past that my wife Paula and I decided to share with more people as a nightly option. We have since added a few other options amd have several listings, not only in Sioux Falls but also, Bloomington, MN and Balaton, MN. We have two 1 bedroom listings closer to downtown Sioux Falls and the Denny Sanford Premier Center. These listing are the "Terrace Park Country Club" and they very unique. There are two separate units and it took some work to get ready for hosting. My brother Patrick and I put many hours into making Unit #2 a unique space. It will be sure to remind you of grandma's house. We hope you appreciate the rustic and retro feel and will remember it and want to come back and visit again. Also located in the same house we have Terrace Park #3 which is the upper unit in the tri-plex. This is a more basic, yet nice, clean and large space without the theme of #2. There is a common entrance in the front of the house for #2 & #3 but each have their own entrances to the living space. One of our more recently purchased homes is also close to downtown Sioux Falls and is a two bedroom, so has more space and sleeps up to 6 pretty easily. We swapped out another central Sioux Falls home that had been a monthly rental into an Airbnb as well. This is a 5 bedroom house and is close to Sanford, USF and Augustana. The most recent purchase in Fall 2022 was an awesome and unique historic home in Balaton, MN. It had already been set up as an Airbnb and we bought it furnished. It has an old home historic feel and is a great and cozy 2 bedrroom. There is a nice small lake in town and Balaton is close to many scenic spots in SW MN like the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum. Then finally, we have two listings located in Bloomington, MN. Patrick and I purchased a house there and did some work to ready it for rental. We have focused on longer term rental (1 month+) in this location. It is located right off 494, close to The Mall of America and the MSP airport. There is a larger, 2 bedroom unit on the main floor and a 2nd unit with a separate entrance and 1 bedroom in the basement. Patrick lives in the Twin Cities and takes care of the hosting duties for these two units in Bloomington.
