We offer 3 conventional bedrooms, and a 4th area that is easily converted to bedroom using queen sofa-bed/sleeper sofa. 3 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor is ultimate family/friend sharing and enjoyment area (large kitchen, dining room, livingroom, and card game area).

We have an entire team that will support and assist you throughout... from booking time questions, pre-arrival prep, during your stay, and even after departure. There is no 1-800... You will have 5 to 6 cell numbers to text and call for any issues. You will be our valued guest, and not just a renter.
The Marina is managed separately... Mariners Club Resort has a 43-slip deep-water marina. For renting boat slip or other docking information contact Mariners Club Resort marina for availability and costs.
Note that this Marina will accommodate jet skis and boats as well as yachts up to 60 feet in length. All slips are equipped with water and electric.

Family Living & Sharing Good Times…
An interior staircase leads you to the main living area on the second floor with a spacious open-air balcony, Upgraded new kitchen, gorgeous marble tiled floors, kitchenette... with open floor plan so everyone can share in all the fun. This is truly an area to share time with family & friends, such as cooking, dining around an extra-large table, playing games, watching movies, listening to music, & much more. Well, I think you get the idea.
On third level is for resting & getting some personal time. You will find the master bedroom suite with private bathroom (with granite counters & a spa tub, separate shower & his-and-her sinks.). Off master there is a spacious balcony with staircase to rooftop sundeck for the best views around. In addition, there is another private bedroom with queen size bed & full private bathroom on this floor.
Finally, the first floor has a private bedroom (with another king size bed) & its own kitchen & table, plus another full upscale bathroom. So the first floor is great for in-laws or for a couple needing a bit of extra privacy. This area can be locked separately.
This townhouse is extremely flexible but is truly designed for larger families (or 3 couples). Note that the first & second floors both have large sofas with foldout beds for extra sleeping.
Maximum Occupancy & Booking Limitations
The maximum number of guests (as per HOA condominium rules) is strictly limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge per person per night for guests in addition to five (5) will be
assessed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Mariners Club Resort Security is strict in checking for pre-registered guests. They will verify registered at each entry & will not allow ‘would be visitors’ into the community. (Mariners is the wrong place for trying to sneak in extra people as visitors or otherwise. Falsifying the number of guests will immediately void our contract.
Free Private Parking: Only two vehicles can be registered as well for our private parking just at the front of doorway.
