The space
Aptm 18 Ahuriri is a newly renovated two storey apartment set in the heart of the desirable seaside village of Ahuriri. You'll enjoy the spacious high ceiling and sky light running the full length of the open plan living area, providing tons of natural light.
The apartment features an upper terrace that is bathed in the afternoon summer sun and the shady internal courtyard on the lower level provides a cool retreat from the summers heat. The home's proximity to the sea, 3 sets of french doors and a heat pump/air conditioner ensures a comfortable environment year round.

Ahuriri has several great cafes, eateries and restaurants within a 2-3 minutes walk. From seafood to Thai, Indian and fab local cuisine, you'll never struggle to find a delicious meal.
French YA BON pastries and breads are available 1 min walk away at CRAZY GOOD CAFE, one of my favourite locals. A Chemist, a Book Shop, a Florist, a Beautician a Dairy and other boutiques within 2-3 minutes stroll.
Italian wines and specialty foods are available a short walk away at VETRO, as is GOURMET a specialty butcher.
A small convenience store and supermarket FOUR SQUARE is located with in a few minutes walk also. You can hire a bike from FISH BIKE HIRE on Napier's Marine Parade, so you can explore some of Hawkes Bay's cycle ways.

I am passionate about the care I give to my patients and family in the ICU, but am also very passionate about setting up this lovely Air BnB. I believe the skills and attention to detail that I have developed during my lengthy nursing career will be an advantage in this new venture. Ted and I have had some amazing journeys overseas, but we always relish returning home to the Bay. We live in an amazing corner of the world, so we hope you enjoy your time in Napier as much as we love living here. We like to spending time with family and friends over a home cooked meal, or taking in a movie at one of the local cinemas. Most of my immediate family live locally from parents to my grandchild, which ensures a full life with never a dull moment! The relaxed lifestyle that Hawkes Bay offers is a welcome relief from our busy work and family schedule. Waimarama Beach is like our home away from home. A fabulous place to be even on a winters day, snuggled up near the open fire.
