The apartment is in great place for visitors who want to enjoy the exciting city life of Amsterdam and come home to a quiet place. It is easy to get to Schipol or the City center with the trams.
The apartment is in an old state but kept very clean.
This 4 bedroom apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and is located in the classiest area in the Amsterdam. It is close to everything including the airport. Around the corner is a nice shopping street with a grocery store, good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is quite big with 2 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room with french doors opening to a nice garden. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms with a large bathroom. 2 of the rooms have no wallpaper. There are 3 toilets. . There are 3 single and 1 double boxspring beds and one futon. It is peaceful and also close to the public transportation. One can see the tram stop from the front door of the apartment. The trams run about every 7 minutes and goes into the center. There is a convenient garage to park your car for 8 euros a day called P&R (park and ride).I live in the apartment above so I am available for help with anything.
The area here is quiet and there is a noise curfew of 11:00. This is not a place for parties.
I am also pretty flexible on check out times as long as there are no guests checking in on the same day. If that be the case, 11am is checkout and 3pm is checkin.
The neighbourhood is residential so that means there is no loud noise or behaviour after 10:00 pm permitted.
TV, Wifi, washer dryer, dishwasher, kitchen, central heating.
Interaction with Guests
I like to show the guest around the house on the first day to let them know how things work and where everything is.
It is clean and very nice with a large avenue in the front. Shopping is just around the corner and
the tram lines can be seen from the apartment.
The trams 5 and 24 are close to the apartment that will take you into the city center and Central Station.
Other Things to Note
From March 21, the minimum stay will be 3 nights.
No parties and no loud behaviour especially after 10:00 pm. There is a strict noise curfew here on this block.
No inviting other people to the apartment who are not booked here.
No smoking in the house and no throwing cigarette butts in the garden.
Guests are expected to leave the place neat with no dirty dishes.
I expect people to respect this place as their own place. It is not a hotel.
Erittäin ystävälliset ihmiset ja kohde oli just niinkuin kuvissa näkyi. Pienellä porukalla paras paikka missä viettä viikonloppua.

Good place to enjoy Amsterdam !
The Apartment is fantastic and very very very Big (4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, living room and dining room, garden, ...). My friends and I have enjoyed 3 days in the really best area in Amsterdam. The location is just 10 minutes walk to Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk museum, Voldenpark, ecc... The area is full of Bakery, Restourant and shop. Cynthia welcome has been friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Roberto
It was a pleasure for us to stay at Cynthia and Jaaps house. Actually, rather than an apartment, it is a real dutch house on two floors. It is huge, with beautifully high ceilings. Some things are a little worn out, but this only adds to the "charme" and relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Cynthia var ein fantastisk vert som var veldig behjelpeleg med alt vi lurte på!
