The villa is characterized by an ample entrance hall and living rooms with frescos, panoramic terraces and precious and ancient garden of 2000 sq.m with a swimming pool (7x12 metres).

FIRST FLOOR: Magnificent and bright entrance hall, 2 richly decorated living rooms with chimney, studio, dining room with extendable table for up to 16 people, kitchen "country chic" fully equipped with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle), utility room, bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: Suite with bathroom (jacuzzi and shower), double bedroom with bathroom (shower), double bedroom with balcony and bathroom (jacuzzi and shower), double bedroom with bathroom (shower), studio accessible by a flight of stairs from the previous double bedroom (no AC).
LOW FLOOR (facing the swimming pool) : Laundry room with a washing machine and iron.
GARDEN: fully fenced beautified by old trees where you can find ample shaded areas for relaxing and reading. Large private seasonal swimming pool, chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas. Barbecue.
