Spacious spaces mean privacy to spend time relaxing, reading, writing, meditating, or practicing yoga in the sunlit studio. Beech House is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to stay while visiting relatives in the area, especially during the holidays or in the summertime when Lake Erie is perfectly stunning and picturesque.

Interaction with Guests
I am on the premises in private quarters unless otherwise arranged. My interaction with guests depends on their needs. Please feel free to express your comfort level for interaction during your stay. We want Beech House to be your "Home Away From Home" so let's make that happen!
I love living in the Woodlands ... the name of the property association ... because we strive to maintain the neighborhood's integrity by keeping our homes properly maintained and looking lovely. Neighbors are friendly and helpful without being nosy and obtrusive. I enjoy the mix of all types of people and the sounds of happy children's voices riding their bicycles down the streets in the spring. Yet during the day, it is very quiet and peaceful, and the long streets lend themselves to nice leisurely walks.
There is public transportation close by though a car is suggested for ease of travel.
Other Things to Note
Beech House is approximately 25 minutes drive from Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE) and about 1 hour and ten minutes from Akron-Canton Airport (CAK). Transportation to and from either airport can be arranged with the host for the competitive fee of $75 for round-trip fare to CLE and $125 to CAK.
Guests at Beech House are expected to be kind, courteous, clean, and considerate. They are expected to clean up after themselves though provisions will be made for adequate towels and linens, as well as cleaning products for ease of clean-up. Beech House manages to be respectful of neighbors with no loud noises after 11 PM. Please advise your host of anticipated arrival and departure, and make sure to park your vehicle on the street opposite the property unless other arrangements have been made.
From Sep 1 - Nov 30, 2015 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
My partner and I had a wonderful time staying with Karen Williams in Euclid. Her house is exceptionally cozy, and she was kind enough to set up our space as if we were staying in a hotel! Little shampoo/soap samples, fresh towels, coffee in the morning- the works. Karen was extremely courteous and friendly, and also respectful of our privacy. I highly recommend her as a host.
